Since our products are customized and curated per order, cancellations are only accepted before production begins.

Once your design is approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

For ready-stock or non-customized items, cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will be accepted with a small processing fee (if applicable).
