Refund Policy

As most of our products are customized and made-to-order, refunds are generally not applicable once production has started.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product (different from approved design/specification).
  • The product was damaged during transit and reported within 24 hours of delivery (with photo/video proof).

In such cases, we’ll either offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Color variations (up to 5–10%) may occur due to screen or print differences and are not considered defects.
  • Refunds are not issued for approved designs, client delays, or incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
